Emergency Alert Service
To install and use the Emergency Alert Service, you must grant the app the following permissions:
Internal memory access -- Is needed to keep track of the installation it self and store option settings.
Read incoming SMS -- To allow the service to listen for emergency alert requests.
Sound output -- To allow the service to make audible alarms in case of an emergency alert request.
To install and use the Emergency Alert Service, you can grant the app the following permissions to open further functionality:
Flash access -- Will allow the Emergency Alert Service to store use the flash when alerting you to an emergency.
